1. Results Among 20 patients, 17 got completely recovery, 1 postoperative contralateral acute epidural hematoma and operation again, 1 motor disturbance complication, 1 mixed aphasia complication. 结果本组20例中，痊愈17例，1例术后出现对侧急性硬脑膜外血肿再次手术，1例并发肢体功能活动障碍，1例并发混合性失语，随访半年～1年，无1例复发，疗效满意。
